Hey there! I’m Megan, and I love capturing the raw emotion and candid moments in families. The real authenticity and connection between people. Not just the photo that the Grandma wants (sorry Grandma) – when you’re all looking and smiling into the frame dressed in your 'Sunday Best' (although we will get a couple of those too) – the ones that 10, 20 years from now you and your children and your children’s children will be able to look back on and really feel the love.
For as long as I can remember I’ve had a camera in my hand (thanks Aunty Jen for the pink slimline from the 80’s!). I’m a creative soul, who has long held a passion for the arts and a natural ability towards colour and design. An interior designer by trade – but a chaser of light and connection by passion.
With 2 kids of my own, being a featured Advance Graduate of the Click Love Grow Photography Community, and having had the opportunity to take many loved family photos already, I have the patience, understanding, and flexibility to get your kids and husbands (and you too mumma) comfortable and happy in front of the lens.

Megan is very professional while still relaxed and easy going and the session
was fun and easy. There was never any pressure and we could sit or interact in
a manner that suited our family, she just worked around us. What drew me to
her work was her gallery of photos that she shared. She captures children in the
moment and she has an eye for colour and lighting. As a Mum it is so nice to
be on the other side of the camera and have some photos of the kids, my
husband and I, instead of the selfies I mostly take. I think photo sessions like
this are so worthwhile and so important.

She understand that kids are kids, and I didn’t feel any pressure when they had little moments of not playing the game. It was so much fun, very easy to forget you were having photos done. Just watching the girls twirl, dance and enjoy themselves was a highlight.
