Terms & Condition's
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before booking your session. Your session payment signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions as a legally binding contract:
Booking and Payment
The full session fee is payable in full at time of booking to secure the date and retain the Photographer to perform the services detailed herein. Prices are shown in AUD. Payments can be made by bank transfer or STRIPE for credit cards. Payment plans can be discussed - please reach out.
Cancellation/ Postponement
The client acknowledges that the session fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. Session fees are transferable if a date change is necessary, however 48 hours’ notice is required, and postponement will be subject to the photographer’s availability. Sessions can only be postponed by the client once.
If the appointment must be cancelled by the photographer due to adverse weather conditions a new, mutually agreed appointment will be made. However, if the Client would like a Session Fee refund, this will be granted.
In the unlikely event that the Megan Leete Photography needs to cancel (and the session cannot be postponed to a new appointment) the full session fee will be returned to you .
Failure to Perform
If the Photographer cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire, illness, casualty, act of God, or other cause beyond the Photographer’s control, then the Photographer shall return to the Client any funds previously paid but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic images are lost through camera or card malfunction, equipment theft, accident or any other circumstances beyond the Photographer’s control, liability is limited to funds paid only.
Completion Schedule
Family Sessions
Editing of images will be completed within 14-21 days from the date of the session.
Images will be available for viewing for 3 days via a password protected online gallery of low-resolution watermarked proof images. Images shown to the Client are at the discretion of the Photographer and images not shown as final proofs will be purged after the initial processing stage. During the 3 day window the Client can choose their favourite images to be included in their chosen package. Please choose images carefully. Once print or digital products are prepared, designed or ordered, sales are final. After the 3 day period has passed, the gallery will be archived and an administration fee of $30 may be chargeable to reinstate access.
Please note that whilst Megan Leete Photography aims to produce approx. 25-30 edited images from each session, this may not always be possible.

Event Photogrphy
Editing of images will be completed within 4 weeks from the date of the session. They will then be uploaded to a private online gallery for you to download after payment has been made. They will be available for download for a 7 days period, after this they will be archievedand an administration fee of $30 may be chargeable to reinstate access. Images given to the Client are at the discretion of the Photographer and images not shown as finals will be purged after the initial processing stage.
Online Gallery
The photographer cannot be held responsible for the quality of viewing online galleries, in regard to client screen size and detail, or accurate colour reproduction of their viewing device.
Clients do not have permission to screenshot or otherwise copy the images provided on the online gallery. Regardless of intent for use, this is considered a breach of copyright.
Copyright & Reproduction
Copyright will always be retained by Megan Leete Photography. No image can be copied, scanned or reproduced in any form whatsoever without prior consent. This includes saving, screen grabbing and downloading from Facebook or other social media.
Client Usage
The Client shall not alter the images from their original state as delivered by the Photographer; may not use the images in competitions, exhibitions or for any commercial use without prior written consent of the Photographer; and shall not publish any images without the prior written consent of the Photographer, with the exception of personal online sharing.
Image Production
Megan Leete Photography fully edits all images before presenting to the client and non-permanent minor scratches, bruises and blemishes will be removed during processing. An editing fee of $20 per photo will apply for any editing requested by the Client that is outside the realm of normal editing, depending on the extent of the work.
The Photographer will edit the images in either colour or black & white depending on which suits the image best and to the discretion of the Photographer. If the Client wishes to purchase an image in an edit not shown, the cost is $20 per photo to cover additional editing.
Prints
All images produced by Megan Leete Photography are done on a fully calibrated monitor, and all prints ordered directly through Megan Leete Photography will be a true reflection of the editing carried out. Megan Leete Photography will not be held responsible for variances in images caused by clients viewing images on non-calibrated screens, monitors or poor-quality printing.
Use of Pictures
At times, Megan Leete Photography may use session images for the purpose of sales, advertising, or promotion on it’s business website or social media. Posts will not include names or any personal information about the subject(s). If you do not wish to have your images shared, please email info@meganleetephotography.com directly.
Original Photos
Under no circumstances will orginal photos in raw or jpeg form be given to clients to edit themselves, or pay for someone else to edit them.
Travel Expenses
All travel expenses are based on the distance between the Session location and the business address (4128 Tanah Merah) For all Sessions, the first 50kms of travel is included. All kms in excess of 50km will be charged at 0.80c per km.
Camera Policy
Cameras, camera phones, camcorders or any other recording equipment are not permitted during any session due to the distraction it can cause.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice by Megan Leete Photography (outside of session). No consideration will be given to previous client experience regarding product pricing, availability, package structure, or session fees.
Privacy
Megan Leete Photography will never share, or allow to be accessed, shared or distributed, any personal or contact information of any client or enquiry obtained by any means.
By submitting payment of the Session Fee, the Client confirms they have read and fully understand the contents of this Agreement.
